The tenants at the Abbotsford Convent are a diverse, talented and some might say slightly eccentric lot (see the Convent Burning clip below), with a wide array of creative or wellbeing services to offer.
Inspired Teams grew from recognition that so many of the tenants at the Abbotsford Convent have so much experience in their respective fields to offer the public. Our vision is to share our dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to our profession, making the Abbotsford Convent the perfect spot to bring your team for a day or more of inspiration and rejuvenation.
Abbotsford Convent is a thriving, vibrant community of artists, writers, foodies, actors, musicians and arts organizations. When you visit the Abbotsford Convent, you can also go to one of the wonderful cafes for a coffee and a meal, wander around and take in the sights and sounds of the stunning gardens and its inhabitants. If you’re here on a weekend, you might catch the Artists' Market, Farmer’s Market, Maker’s Market or the Shirt and Skirt Market. The Collingwood Children’s Farm, adjacent to the Convent also has activities, a café and monthly markets.

The Abbotsford Convent documentary
The chimes of the bellbirds
David Simpson
The chimes of the bellbirds
Like crystals pierce the air
Cutting through the silence
That hitherto was there
The bells of the bellbirds
Reminds us of the times
And all those who have heard
Their penetrating chimes
Of the Sisters in the gardens
The girls in the laundry
The chimes of the bellbirds
Heard by all and sundry
The chimes of the bellbirds
Like crystals pierce the air
For centuries to come and go
The bellbirds will be there
